All made in the pure artisanal tradition, like the Négus de Nevers, their recipes are based on a solid dose of know-how, creativity free of any intermediary and our intuition. The tangy colors of our fruit pastes, the delicacy of our calissous and calissons, the softness of our orangettes and candied chestnuts, the ultra artisanal making of our Négus de Nevers, our caramels, nougats, and other sweets attract the eye and awaken the greed. Our confectionery is made according to traditional recipes, defined by À la Mère de Famille, including delicacies such as calissons, candied chestnuts or jams, made by other rigorously selected artisans...

Melt for our marshmallows
Marshmallow hearts will be seduced by the softness of our three recipes for homemade marshmallow , coated with dark chocolate and milk chocolate. They are called “ rascal marshmallows "between us, they are so irresistible!
Our three new coated marshmallow recipes are simply delicious (in all objectivity, of course). Between marshmallow and chocolate treat, be careful, they can drive you crazy! Imagine the softness of homemade marshmallow, the sweetness of a ganache or the crunchiness of a biscuit with a spread or caramel center. … You’ll eat it in one bite! Are you more of a fruit person? Discover our marshmallows made from natural fruit purees, which delicately flavor the marshmallow.
No mercy for almond paste!
Almond paste, of course, you know… But have you ever tasted our adorable Candy Apples ? As a gourmand, these specialties of the House will quickly make you addicted! Prepared from an almond paste rich in almonds and not very sweet, a thin layer of candy sugar preserves their incomparable softness… While you are there, let yourself be tempted by one (or more) of our Basque Turrons, with sparkling colors and such a delicate taste.
When fruits become delicacies
How can we also resist our orange peel , lemonettes and gingerettes! Candied fruits sprinkled with fine cocoa powder, and our homemade 65% dark chocolate coating for the orangettes and gingerettes, and 36% milk chocolate for the lemonettes. Purists will love the Provençal orangette, where the candied fruits are directly coated in sugar, by hand please. Let's not forget our 100% natural fruit jellies, with tangy colours like their taste. Fleshy, soft and tangy, our fruit jellies are made in our workshop using fruit purees, without the addition of flavourings or colourings. You will choose from this rainbow the flavours that echo your current desire!
Regional specialties to discover at all costs
How can we talk about confectionery without mentioning our calisson, an emblematic specialty of Provence if ever there was one? Its extreme finesse brings out the flavors of almonds, candied melon, orange peel, honey and orange blossom that will make your taste buds sparkle with each bite. Vary the pleasures by biting into our calissons. These little delicacies are also prepared with almond paste and fruit: let yourself be surprised by their softness and delicate fruity flavors!
Soft or hard, never without our caramels and our nougat! It is impossible to talk about our confectionery without stopping to mention the gourmand of our delicious caramels, made with fresh cream from Normandy and melted butter, and enriched with fruit flavors chosen according to our desires. Hard or soft, the recipe remains the same, only the cooking temperature changes! The secret of the texture of our nougat, more or less firm, is identical. On the other hand, the recipe alone is a promise of delight. Imagine honey, sugar, egg whites beaten until stiff, vanilla, almond and pistachio, and you get a candy with an irresistible melting crunch.
A specialty of Nevers, the Négus is a delicious handmade soft caramel, chocolate or coffee, trapped in a hard caramel . Presented in a beautifully crafted round tin box, these old-fashioned sweets brought up to date attract both gourmands and collectors. Also from Nevers, the crunchy nougatines coated in chocolate come in four flavors, in delightful colored boxes: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, blond chocolate and pistachio chocolate.
100% French artisanal production, of course!
All our recipes are made and constantly improved in our French workshop, combining exceptional know-how and creativity. made in France which has been going on for centuries for certain specialties!
All our confectionery is made using traditional methods, from ingredients chosen for their nobility and aromas. Do you want some examples? Our fruit pastes, melting to die for, are made using a traditional manufacturing process and a cooking process that releases all their aroma and reveals their authentic taste.
Our fruit marshmallows are made from 100% natural fruit purees and natural colorings, without any artificial flavors. And the almond paste then? After mixing blanched almonds, bitter blanched almonds, sugar syrup and icing sugar (yum just thinking about it!), the almond paste is molded into candy shapes, then coated with our homemade chocolate coating. To die for, we tell you!
For our candied apples or our Turrons, we also use a mixture of almonds and sugar to obtain balls of almond paste. They are then marked with a stamp to take the shape of an apple, an apricot or other fancy, before passing through an abacus. Some subjects are still molded and painted by hand with natural food colorings or icings of different colors! When we tell you that we have a taste for things well done, we don't do them by halves.
