Our products

In order to best preserve the quality of our chocolates, store them at a temperature close to 18°C, in their original packaging, away from humidity, air and light. Our advice is presented on the sheets of each product in the conservation tab in order to guide you as best as possible.

Our workshop is located in Touraine, in Chambray-lès-Tours. This is where we transform cocoa into chocolate and dried fruits into praline. Confectionery is also made on site. We therefore have complete control over the development of our recipes.

All our products may contain traces (nuts, gluten, etc.) because all of our production takes place in the same workshop. In compliance with the law and in a transparent approach, we label our products and transmit information relating to the ingredients on the product sheets of our site. We also keep this information available to you in our stores through our sales teams and the list of allergens that can be found in our recipes.

We have chosen not to include a presentation document for our chocolate candies in our boxes in order to avoid using paper, but also because our desires can vary and the assortments a little too! Discover our large range of chocolate candies here .

We develop our recipes using cocoa from different origins: Haiti, Madagascar, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru... From the selection of cooperatives and raw materials, to the blending of origins, the adjustment of flavors to obtain the desired coating or a delicious praline, we master everything in order to guarantee the excellence of our products.
We require our suppliers to commit to our charter of best practices and to our product specifications, which are based on several criteria, including:
✓ Environmental (sustainable development)
✓ Social (social law and labor law)
✓ Quality and compliance (standards and certificates)
✓ Working conditions (child labor prohibited)
We ask our suppliers for ethical behavior and a socially responsible organization. Through our trips, we favor the "direct" channel with producers.

We are gradually reducing the use of additives in all our products. When we use rare colourings, it is within the strict framework of the law and in tiny quantities in our recipes. Because we are concerned about offering you healthy and tasty products. This is why we make our own chocolate candies, spreads, confectionery, fruit pastes, ice creams, macaroons, cakes, etc. in our workshops. For us, producing everything ourselves and controlling the process from start to finish means guaranteeing the consistency, taste qualities and excellence of our products. The House thus selects the raw materials, transforms cocoa into chocolate and dried fruits into praline, develops its own recipes and constantly improves quality.

Our chocolates are made in an artisanal way and without preservatives. For this reason, and in order to guarantee you perfect freshness when tasting them, we voluntarily apply particularly tight best before dates. Allow five weeks from the time they leave our factory. They are withdrawn from sale 15 days before their best before date. Beyond this date, however, our chocolates can be consumed without risk for several more weeks, even if they no longer have the same quality as during the weeks defined in advance.

Reducing the amount of our waste and recycling the unavoidable waste is essential. This helps to limit our environmental footprint. To achieve this, we are selecting new materials to develop our packaging and are trying to improve little by little! 80% of plastic is recycled. We will soon be able to have 100% recycled plastic packaging, a material mainly derived from the recycling of water or soda bottles. The paper and cardboard of most of our ballotins are assembled together by a folding system developed by us that does not use glue. They are recyclable except for the small gold card. The spoons for the sale of takeaway ice cream are compostable and the small spoons that are in the pots are recyclable.

Given the fragility of the products we manufacture and in an effort to ensure impeccable quality, we now have an exclusively integrated distribution network.

We have chosen to deliver our chocolates via Chronopost, in order to ensure their delivery in the best conditions. This quality service for fragile and perishable goods has a cost, which you may find high, but on which we do not take a margin. The shipping costs vary depending on the destination (France vs Europe), but are fixed regardless of the quantity of delicacies ordered! We therefore cover the difference when it comes to large packages. We prefer to offer our quality chocolates at a fair and reasonable price all year round, rather than increasing their price per kilo to pretend to offer the shipping costs to our customers.

When you are in your shopping cart, enter your promo code in the box next to the tablet. Then, click Ok to save. The promo code is only valid once exclusively on the e-shop, cannot be combined with another offer.

Delivery

See the details of our delivery terms

We ask for your recipient's email address and phone number so that Chronopost tracking goes as smoothly as possible. For our couriers, this is also the only way to contact them to ensure that they are at the delivery location at the desired time.

We offer click & collect in all our stores, courier delivery, France and Europe shipping. If all the choices are not offered, it may be because a product in your basket is not shippable for example.

Due to their fragility and lack of control over transport and storage conditions, we do not yet ship our specialties outside Europe.

Since Brexit, shipping conditions have changed for deliveries of goods to the UK. Customs clearance fees are now applied to orders valued at £135 or more. The fee is 8% of the total order amount and is payable by the recipient.
