À la Mère de Famille has been preserving and enriching an invaluable gourmet heritage since 1761. Chocolates (ganaches and pralines), truffles, confectionery, chocolate specialties and other sweet delights welcome lovers of sweets in our Parisian boutiques, where our teams are happy to advise them. But there is no question of abandoning the gourmands who live in latitudes other than the City of Lights!
The House offers them home delivery in mainland France, and even in Europe, by Colissimo or Chronopost depending on the desired delivery time . Not forgetting Chronofrais which allows you to deliver even when temperatures are high. Why not further? We would love to, but since we cannot control from A to Z the transport and storage conditions of the packages containing our specialties, we do not yet ship them outside of Europe. Due to their fragility, some of our creations, such as our ice creams and our delicate chocolate subjects, would not withstand a long journey. They are therefore only available for collection in store or delivery by courier : if this is the case, you will find this information on their product sheet. The choice of the delivery date and the desired time is made when validating your basket. If it blocks, it is probably because you have slipped items into it that can only be delivered by courier or collection in store.

Do you want to have a box of chocolates, an assortment of sweets, mendiants, toucans or fruit jellies delivered to Paris or nearby? Do you need same-day delivery? Good news, for any order placed before 2 p.m., packages are prepared and shipped immediately, which makes it possible to deliver chocolates in record time, with delivery by courier in Paris and nearby.
The same day of your purchase, within four hours of order validation, a bicycle courier will serve Paris and certain cities in the near suburbs, such as Levallois-Perret, Bagnolet, Boulogne-Billancourt, Courbevoie, Saint-Ouen, Pantin, Vincennes, etc. (the detailed list can be found here ) and will drop off his precious delivery to your recipient… or yourself if you are the lucky gourmand! Our courier service operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

Do you live or work near one of the À la Mère de Famille stores? You can then order online and choose free collection in store on the day and at the time of your choice. Perfect for picking up a box of delicate candied chestnuts just before a festive dinner, or one of our delicious ice creams that can be enjoyed in any season, for example! Since our chocolates are made in an artisanal way, without preservatives, and because we are committed to guaranteeing optimal freshness when tasting them, the House offers you the possibility of collecting your products within a maximum of 10 days.
