We obtain this range of subtle flavors by roasting the fruits, caramelizing them and then cold grinding them, a method no longer used anywhere else, which is essential for obtaining a very high-quality praline.

From bean to bar, the House itself carries out each of the steps necessary to create exceptional chocolates. Our chocolatiers make our own couvertures in our Tours factory, with a unique blend of noble cocoas with aromatic profiles specific to each, to obtain inimitable flavors and notes. Cocoa transformation, cold praline development: they perpetuate technical and traditional know-how that require as much expertise as passion, in order to transmit the taste of goodness.
