Our cute praline eggs are all covered with a dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate shell. We make our homemade couverture and our praline with a well-kept recipe from the best ingredients, according to demanding techniques that our chocolatiers have been able to perpetuate.
The A la Mère de Famille praline owes its inimitable taste to hazelnuts picked in France, almonds and pistachios from Sicily, roasted, caramelized and then cold-ground, in order to obtain a mixture that is as crunchy as it is soft. To die for, we guarantee it!
We select our cocoa beans ourselves to produce a cocoa paste and butter of exceptional quality. Depending on the recipes, we work on the balance of flavors with the natural aroma of Madagascar vanilla powder, the subtlety of caramel, the milky notes of skimmed milk, and a hint of salt. When necessary, our chocolatiers add a touch of soy lecithin which guarantees the stability of the recipe.

At À la Mère de Famille, we love expanding our bestiary of Easter chocolate molds year after year. Nearly a hundred models are made with rare attention by our chocolatiers. They make some of the most delicate gestures by hand, like the eyes of our thousands of subjects. Rest assured, all our packages are carefully packaged so that your chocolates arrive in the best conditions. However, some carriers may not be very gentle, especially during busy periods such as Easter or Christmas. In this case, don't panic, as soon as you receive the package, quickly send us a message to our customer service who will respond to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is our priority!
How do I store my praline eggs?
As a cautious gourmet, are you worried about our Easter eggs running out of stock? Don't worry, we have plenty of treats planned! But if you want to get started in advance, our recipes are designed to keep for several weeks, provided that you keep each praline egg at a temperature around 18°C, in its original packaging, away from air, humidity and light. This way, they will keep all their freshness for up to four months after purchase! Avoid placing them in the refrigerator, as this could alter the aroma of the chocolate.
