As chocolate lovers that we are, we have put all our know-how into
our 70% dark chocolate ice cream, pure origin from Madagascar
. As with our chocolate bars and candies, we select our cocoa beans ourselves and control each stage of their transformation in our workshop. Its tangy taste and red fruit aromas will… melt in your mouth, of course.

is one of the stars of the House. We make it with our signature 65% couverture, from a subtle blend of cocoas (Haiti, Ecuador, Venezuela and Madagascar) with woody and earthy notes, supported by a slight acidity on the finish.

Our ice creams, ice creams and sorbets are all made by our artisan ice cream makers in our Tours factory. With passion and precision, they carry out by hand most of the gestures necessary for the development of these frozen delights that make us frosty! Cutting the fruit pastes slipped into our ice creams, delicately mixing the fruit and water for our fruit sorbets, caramelized hazelnuts and our vanilla cream, molding our ice creams and pots, chocolate coating... For products as beautiful as they are delicious, we put all our know-how at the service of your pleasure!
