De la fabrique à nos boutiques

Animés par le profond désir de faire vivre le goût du bon, de valoriser des recettes authentiques, et parce que nous sommes très gourmands aussi, nous confectionnons une grande palette de bonbons et spécialités de chocolat. Après avoir transformé nos différents cacaos en couvertures de chocolat, réalisé nos propres pralinés et ganaches, les possibilités sont immenses ! Ce sont donc plus d’une centaine de recettes Maison (impossible de nous résoudre à en supprimer…) que l’on retrouve en assortiment dans nos coffrets.Les derniers-nés, dont les recettes reposent sur une solide dose de savoir-faire, une créativité libre de tout intermédiaire et notre intuition, rejoignent ainsi leurs gourmands complices pour former un extraordinaire éventail de produits. Parmi eux, les célèbres rochers pralinés, les folies de l’écureuil ou encore les florentins et leurs cousins dolfentins, ainsi que les incontournables palets Montmartre, toucans, orangettes, papillotes…
